Recent English volumes have come out about every 6 months. The English edition runs about 4.5 years behind Japan. How we predict

Shy in English so far

The English edition started with Vol. 1 on Dec 13, 2022 from Yen Press. In the 3.7 years since, 13 volumes have come out — one about every 4 months on average. The pace has slowed lately: recent volumes have come out about every 6 months. Our predicted dates follow this slower pace.

Japan is at Vol. 33 (Jan 8, 2026), so 20 volumes are already out in Japan but not yet in English. At the current English pace, releasing those would take about 10 years.
